Back-Orders
Due to the length of time manufacturers take to ship items will remain
on Back-order with us and shipped
when received.
The customer can cancel back orders - but it must be in writing - either
email, letter or fax.
There is a 10% cancellation fee on back orders more than 3 months old. -No exceptions
We will not do call-tag pickups for any backordered item that was shipped
and not cancelled.
